What did matter was the people, the experiences, and the memories they created together. My review: Good book! Enjoyed the personal photos as well. Finding a place that stays in your heart is special in so many ways and the support of a close community is a wonderful thing! Learned in what ways Alaska is much the same as elsewhere in the country and what makes it uniquely special. -38 degrees though! yikes. Lol. It would have to be some special, hardy people to live there and make a go of it. Thanks for sharing your childhood with us.
